Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

SHIPPING POLICY

When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible and most of our orders ship within 2 days. However, in peak seasons, the order process can take up to 5 business days.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. 

Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.

    We have received and fulfilled orders from over 194 countries across all the different continents. Outside the United States, customs can hold up a package for a number of days, because we work with reliable couriers, this rarely happens and if it does it will be handled efficiently.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    In case you decide you did not want to purchase made on our website, please notify us within 24 hours of your purchase for us to be able to stop the order fulfillment process. In case the order has already been picked up by our shipment carrier, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order anymore and it will be delivered to you.

    In most cases, if you notify us within 24 hours of your purchase, we will be able to cancel your order, no questions asked.

    RETURN POLICY

    ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

    We do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect or damaged, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 5 business days after receiving the item along with a photo proof of the defect.

    We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements in case the reason is due to the item being too small or too large. We provide complete information about the different sizes on each of our products if sizing is applicable.

    Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

    • The return must be received by CouchFit Life within 10 business days after receiving your products.
    • The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
    • All returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee per package.

    We must be notified before returning any items. Please message us your full name, order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Do not ship a product back unless it has been approved. Returned items must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging as you received it.

    PARTIAL REFUND

    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning the product(s). A partial refund consists of the final sales price minus a restocking fee of $5.

    REFUND POLICY

    CouchFit Life will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Ring to Perfection.

    In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.

    EXCHANGE POLICY

    To exchange an item please contact us below so we can approve the return. After the return is approved, print out your email invoice and mail that along with your item back to us write on the invoice what you would like exchanged. Once we receive it, we will review your case within 48 hours and send you the new product.
